ASTi Solo Shines at Bold Quest 2025

Bold Quest 2025, the multinational military exercise involving the U.S. and dozens of other allied and NATO countries, recently concluded at Ft. Pickett, VA. The exercise is managed by the Joint Staff J6 out of Suffolk, VA, and evaluates command and control (C2) and joint fires interoperability among coalition forces in live, virtual and constructive (LVC) environments.

ASTi has provided support to Bold Quest exercises for more than a decade, and this year was no different. ASTi provided U.S. military participants with additional licenses to support expanded communications capability through its Voisus and Telestra products. New to Bold Quest this year, however, was ASTi's Solo software app. Solo provides plug-and-play DIS and HLA communications to operator stations and gives them access to multiple virtual radios, intercoms, jammers, and point-to-point calling.

Partner organizations using ASTi solutions during the exercise include: CAE, Joint Staff J6 Joint Fires Integration Division (JFID), I Marine Expeditionary Force (1MEF), Distributed Training Operations Center (DTOC), USAF 14th Air Support Operations Squadron (14 ASOS), 184th Attack Squadron (184 ATKS), and Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC).

After the exercise, one of its coordinators emailed ASTi to say, "... having ASTi Solo with ASTi Voisus Radio Bridge was instrumental in the success we had this year." There you have it. ASTi can be instrumental to your success when it comes to audio and communications. Give us a call to talk about how we can help with your project.
